RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND WARRANTY

Our products have been thoroughly and rigorously tested so we can provide top-quality products that will meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days for a full exchange or refund. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We only accept returns/exchanges of unused and undamaged items purchased through GoDarkBags.com. For all other returns, please refer to the store where you made the original purchase.

30 Day Refund Period -To be eligible for a refund, item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase in new, resalable, unworn condition with tags attached and in the original poly bag and/or cellophane wrap. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you received any promotional item(s) with your order and need to return the item(s) that earned you those promotional item(s), the promotional items need to be included with the return. In the event we receive returned items that are not in new resalable condition, GoDark Bags has the right to refuse to issue a refund.

US, Canadian and Australia Domestic Returns

How to Submit a Return:

** Please note Canadian returns and exchanges have changed due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, see details below.

  1. Email CustomerCare@GoDarkBags.com with the following:
    • your order#
    • the email address you purchased with
    • what items you would like to return.
  1. To expedite a refund please include a photo of the items showing the original packaging and hang tags are still attached.
  2. Customer Care will email you a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack your items in the original bag or box, if possible. Remove or mark out all previous labels.
  4. Once the items have been checked in the warehouse your refund will be processed minus return shipping fee(see prices below).
  5. You will receive a notification from our store when the refund has been processed.

Return Shipping Fees

  • US returns $9.95 USD for the first item and $1 USD for each additional item
  • Canada / Australia returns $13 USD for the first item and $1 USD for each additional item
  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable

Canadian Returns and Exchanges

Due to the Canada Post strike returns and exchange must be sent to:

We cannot offer prepaid shipping labels at this time.

International Returns

If you are returning a product for a refund from outside the contiguous United States or Canada you will be responsible for the return shipping to us and there will be a $5 restocking fee applied.

How to Submit an International Return:

  1. Email CustomerCare@GoDarkBags.com with the following:
    • your order#
    • the email address you purchased with
    • what items you would like to return.

  2. Customer Care provide you with the appropriate return shipping address for your region.
  3. Pack your items in the original bag or box, if possible. Remove or mark out all previous labels.
  4. Once the items have been checked in the warehouse your refund will be processed minus restocking fee.
  5. You will receive a notification from our store when the refund has been processed.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges on returned orders and we do not cover any shipping charges associated with your return.

REFUNDS

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days from receiving your returned item(s) at our facility. Please note it may take your financial institution up to 3 business days to post the refund to your account based on their policies. GoDark Bags has no control over the financial institutions’ policies and cannot act as an intermediary between the customer and their financial institution. Gift Cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash unless required by law. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your order for a different item please follow "How to submit a Return" instructions above. Once your item is checked into our warehouse we can give you store credit to purchase your exchange.

Please note with exchanges we waive the return shipping fee, however we do not give store credit on your original shipping cost.

WARRANTY

All GoDark products come with a minimum 1-year warranty. Please see individual product listings for specific warranty length. This is a limited warranty that the product is free from defects in materials and manufacturing. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, unauthorized alterations, improper use or care, or from accidents (e.g., dropping on hard surface causing breakage). Some of our products need special care and can become damaged due to sharp objects, water or irregular use - please contact us for more information.

The warranty is limited to replacement of the product. If a replacement is not available a refund equal to the purchase price will be issued.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Should a package be lost or damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to report the loss to GoDark Bags so that the problem may be addressed in a timely manner.

Lost UPS packages must be reported within 30 days of the original ship date of the package.

Lost USPS packages must be reported within 90 days of the original ship date. The postal service will not allow us to open a USPS claim before 45 days from the original ship date. If you feel that your USPS package has been lost, you must submit your concern in writing so that we may open a claim with the postal service. Please be aware that claims cannot be opened after 90 days, and GoDark Bags assumes no responsibility for claims made after these time periods.
