Our products have been thoroughly and rigorously tested so we can provide top-quality products that will meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days for a full exchange or refund. WARRANTY
All GoDark products come with a minimum 1-year warranty. Please see individual product listings for specific warranty length. This is a limited warranty that the product is free from defects in materials and manufacturing. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, unauthorized alterations, improper use or care, or from accidents (e.g., dropping on hard surface causing breakage). Some of our products need special care and can become damaged due to sharp objects, water or irregular use - please contact us for more information.
The warranty is limited to replacement of the product. If a replacement is not available a refund equal to the purchase price will be issued.
RETURNS
We only accept returns of unused and undamaged items purchased through GoDarkBags.com. For all other returns, please refer to the store where you made the original purchase.
Please return your items within 30 days of purchase. All return items must be unused and must be in the original packaging with hang tags attached. Returns without one or either of these will be adjusted at our discretion.
US, Canadian and Australia Domestic Returns
How to Submit a Return:
- Email CustomerCare@GoDarkBags.com with the following:
- your order#
- the email address you purchased with
- what items you would like to return.
- To expedite a refund please include a photo of the items showing the original packaging and hang tags are still attached.
- Customer Care will email you a prepaid return label.
- Pack your items in the original bag or box, if possible. Remove or mark out all previous labels.
- Once the items have been checked in the warehouse your refund will be processed minus shipping/ restocking fee(see prices below).
- You will receive a notification from our store when the refund has been processed.
Shipping/ Restocking Fees
- US returns $8.95 USD
- Canada / Australia returns $12 USD
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable
International Returns
If you are returning a product for a refund from outside the contiguous United States or Canada you will be responsible for the return shipping to us and there will be a $5 restocking fee applied. If you’re returning a defective item for replacement within 30 days of delivery you will be responsible to ship the item back to us, we will cover the shipping of the replacement back to you.
Email us at customercare@godarkbags.com for the appropriate return shipping address for your region. Be sure to include your order number found on your packing slip.
To help expedite your return or exchange, please include your Order ID and email address with your return. If you purchased from one of our authorized retailers please refer to the store where you made the original purchase.
30 Day Refund Period -To be eligible for a refund, item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase in new, resalable, unworn condition with tags attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you received any promotional item(s) with your order and need to return the item(s) that earned you those promotional item(s), the promotional items need to be included with the return. In the event we receive returned items that are not in new resalable condition, GoDark Bags has the right to refuse to issue a refund.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges on returned orders and we do not cover any shipping charges associated with your return.
REFUNDS
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days from receiving your returned item(s) at our facility. Please note it may take your financial institution up to 3 business days to post the refund to your account based on their policies. GoDark Bags has no control over the financial institutions’ policies and cannot act as an intermediary between the customer and their financial institution. Gift Cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash unless required by law. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
EXCHANGES
If any of your items do not work we want to make it better. Just return what did not work and place a new order. We will ship your new order quickly. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue you a refund.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Should a package be lost or damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to report the loss to GoDark Bags so that the problem may be addressed in a timely manner.
Lost UPS packages must be reported within 30 days of the original ship date of the package.
Lost USPS packages must be reported within 90 days of the original ship date. The postal service will not allow us to open a USPS claim before 45 days from the original ship date. If you feel that your USPS package has been lost, you must submit your concern in writing so that we may open a claim with the postal service. Please be aware that claims cannot be opened after 90 days, and GoDark Bags assumes no responsibility for claims made after these time periods.
