If you did not receive the product you ordered we will certainly fix this right away. I will have our customer care team reach out to you to help. I can see this is your second order. Thank you for being a repeat customer. Is it possible you feel there was a substitution because the logo changed on the front of our bag? GoDark Bags used to have the "Tarriss" logo on the front of the bag. Tarriss is our parent company. Last month we completed the brand change from Tarriss to GoDark Bags which is why the logo changed on the front of the bag from Tarriss to GoDark. It is the same bag and the same company and we were just completing our rebranding.
